At Yvon Lambert, we strive for complete satisfaction with your purchase; however, if you are not entirely pleased, you may return or exchange your items within 14 days of receipt. All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all designer tags still attached.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip provided in your confirmation email.

Ship the Items

Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a collection.

Quality Inspection & Refund

Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
